Rowland's Castle is a village in East Hampshire and lies on the border with West Sussex. The village is in the vicinity of the South Downs and it has a population of 2,770 and is located 3 miles north of Havant. The current average sale price in Rowland's Castle is £406,115.

Rowland's Castle takes its name from a motte-and-bailey castle in the village, of which only remains exist today. The castle was built during the Middle Ages and is said to have been visited by Henry II. There are a number of shops and pubs in the village, as well as an 18-hole golf course.
